LATTE — Launching Academic Talent to Excel

LATTE is an early-start resource designed exclusively for new full-time faculty at 91黑料网. It is a pre-orientation space where faculty can become familiar with 91黑料网, Connect with resources, and start building community before the semester begins.

Benefits and HR Information

You are encouraged to complete your employment paperwork before attending New Faculty Welcome. You should receive a request to complete employment onboarding by email with the subject "Welcome to the University of Missouri!"

If you do not receive this email within five days of the completion of your criminal background check, please follow up with your department's human resources business partner (HRBP).

Once you complete the electronic paperwork and supply us with all requested supporting documentation, the process to create your employment record will begin. You will not be able to access 91黑料网 webmail, or other online tools necessary to establish your teaching and research programs until Human Resources receives your completed employment forms and supporting documentation.
